TEACH THE FUTURE
Denmark Hub

PREVIOUS GENERATIONS LOOKED TO THE FUTURE WITH WONDER AND HOPE, BUT WE FIND YOUNGER GENERATIONS LOOKING TO THE FUTURE WITH FEAR AND CONFUSION

At Teach the Future Denmark it is our ambition to democratise the future and concurrently strengthen Danish children and youths' futures literacy to empower them to explore, understand, and act upon potential futures - their own and those they share

ENGAGING THE NEXT GENERATION'S IMAGINATION

ABOUT THE HUB

The Danish hub is founded by initiative of the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies.

The Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies is an independent, non-profit, futures think tank – founded in 1969 on initiative by former Finance Minister and OECD Secretary-General, Professor Thorkil Kristensen. We equip and inspire individuals and organisations, decision-makers and the public, to act on the future, today.

The Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies and Aarhus University recently announced that they are now an UNESCO Chair in Anticipatory Leadership and Futures Capabilities. They will engage in research, teaching, training, policy- and public-engagement activities to spread methodological understanding of how people and institutions can use anticipatory processes to better guide actions in the present
