Ollie Bream McIntosh is a consultant specialising in digital, participatory, and cooperative approaches to sustainability transitions, currently focused on his role as Director of Social Systems Lab, a design studio with branches in Cape Town and Stockholm. Ollie is also a steward of the Collaborative Technology Alliance. He holds two Masters degrees, one in Sustainable Territorial Development and another in Applied Economics, in addition to training in Complex Systems, Strategic Foresight, Facilitation, and Platform Design. Fluent in five languages, Ollie has worked across the Americas, Africa, and Europe, in a range of research, design, and management capacities, including as a founder of an award-winning UK social enterprise. Alongside his current consultancy portfolio, Oliver is a non-executive director of a UK educational charity and a board member of an international social arts foundation, while also preparing the fourth edition of his multi-award-winning Participatory Futures course at the University of Nottingham.
