Do you want to learn about yoga for pregnancy first trimester? Beginning and expert yogis should only undertake a light practise during the first trimester, as the foetus is still implanting and the chance of miscarriage is at its peak. Practicing fundamental poses with a few tweaks is a good idea. Use props if you feel imbalanced or exhausted, use familiar poses to build strength and flexibility.
